Will you take it?

But if you’re experiencing any level of pain, I bet that you will give it a try.

At this point, all the toughness you built in life crashes in looking for the solution you hopelessly desire.

Mas madali ka na ring maimpluwensyahan:

  • “Even cancer can cure this, buy it now”

  • “Kakapuyat mo ‘yan, ‘wag ka muna panay kompyuter”

  • “I am the professional here, just listen - you’re the problem”

Of course, you will possibly experience this if your left foot is at the death door.

You’re focus suddenly changes.

This leads to our main concern here.

How can you say that a person is and will remain healthy?

Explain Yourself

I will now incorporate, as its own section in my weekly piece, my notes on identifying what makes something reasonable.

Our focus will be on analyzing arguments, as these form the basis of our understanding of facts.

Arguments consist of premises and conclusions.

  • Premise: rason o ebidensya.

  • Conclusion: pahayag na gustong patunayan.

  • Conclusion: Masaya ako

This will be the observation we will learn/review little by little.

Back to your health!

Sigla Mo

Pipigain natin ang pinakakatas ng kalusugan.

Distilling it in your mind clarifies when to adjust your current lifestyle.

Having a possibly large amount, but the majority of it is spent on healthcare.

I call this Vitality Leaves.

1. Distinct

  • Everyone is genetically unique.

  • ‘Yong kaya mo ay iba sa kaya ng iba.

  • Set realistic expectations in comparison.

  • Dagdag trabaho para sa mga hindi lamang.

  • Differences are not exempt from the rules of nature.

2. Nutrition

  • The priority.

  • Bumubuo sa’yo.

  • Everything’s building blocks.

  • Lawakan sa halip na sa pili lang.

  • 80% to fuel you, 20% to thrill you.

3. Exercise

  • Pampatibay ng puso.

  • Stimulate strength creation.

  • Lawakan ang abot ng galaw mo.

  • Construct the necessary alertness.

  • May kakayahang sabayan ang posibleng gulo.

4. Rest

  • Main recovery.

  • Pampakalma sa katawan.

  • Working on progress at sleep.

  • Pagbuo ng mismong lakas galing sira.

  • Don’t ignore, have it while you’re still alive.

5. Harmony

  • Asahang sabog.

  • Close the gap in between.

  • Pwedeng daanin sa pana-panahon.

  • You have the whole lifespan to do it.

  • May lugar lagi para patibayin ang estado.

You can have your experiment.

Those will just drill down to one crucial thing in being healthy - you work for it.

It can be your project, enjoying time with loved ones, or simply exploring the world.

You may also want the delicious foods the world has to offer.

Doing that requires a body fit for the task.

But at the end, you’re still the one responsible for your health.
