Naaalala mo lang madalas na kailangan mo ng pagkain kapag gutom ka na.

It’s the repeating cycle that we take for granted later on.

Dagdag pa dito ang mas pinadaling proseso ng pagkain kaya marami nang pagpipilian.

And as you may have expected, this leads to being too picky about food, even nutritious ones.

Simulan mo sa pagkabata na ang tinuro sa atin ay kumain ng gulay at prutas para lumakas.

But the story of its purpose doesn’t end there.

Nabibigyan na lang ito ng importansya kapag nasa alanganin na ang kalusugan.

The effect becomes maximized by the nutritional industry.

Pinakumplikado ang dapat na simpleng bagay para mas madali nilang makuha ang pera mo sa bulsa.

In our focus on understanding logical fallacies, it’s also important to know their actual meaning.

Galing sa Latin na salita, “fallacia”, na ang ibig sabihin ay panlilinlang.

Throughout our exploration, we can define a fallacy as an error in reasoning.

May dalawang uri nito.

The first one is a formal fallacy - an error in the logical form:

  • No x are y = No junk foods are vegetables.

  • Some z are x = Some snacks are junk foods.

  • Therefore, some z are y = Therefore, some snacks are vegetables.

‘Yong isa naman walang paligoy-ligoy sa kalokohan.

It’s called an informal fallacy - an error in the logical content/meaning:

  • x is y = The doctor is old.

  • Therefore, x is z = Therefore, the doctor is outdated.

Mas madalas ang pormal na klase kaysa sa impormal sa totoong buhay.

Real life is a collection of expressions that must be understood as a single argument.

May palatandaan naman.

When the logical structure is flawed (formal fallacy), there is one or more problems with the content (informal fallacy).

Magandang malaman pero ‘wag mong asahan sa pang-araw-araw na sitwasyon, lalo na ‘yong pormal na uri.

The Menu

One thing we should be aware of in our health is nutrition.

Simula pagkabata natin, tinuturo na ‘yan sa eskwelahan.

That’s why the thing we will open here is its practical application in our lives.

Hindi lang ano at alin, kasama rin dito ang koneksyon sa bakit at paano.

I call this Palatable Congruence.

Unang hakbang para tanggalin ang sarili natin sa kaunti at sobrang pagkuha ng sustansya.

1. Macro

  • Kabig laman.

  • Quality differs.

  • Bilang ng lagay.

  • Optimal rhythm.

  • Magkaiba ang kailangan.

2. Micro

  • Kwentang bigay.

  • Unwanted effects.

  • Pagtanggap mismo.

  • Impact of the amount.

  • Pwede pero depende sa’yo.

3. Metabolism

  • Utilization pick.

  • Ganadong daloy.

  • Responsive effect.

  • Abot sa hulmahan.

  • Performance maintainability.

4. Homeostasis

  • Inom tubig.

  • Current state.

  • Dagdag bawas.

  • Neglect importance.

  • Basang-basa sa resulta.

5. Variety

  • Circle diet.

  • Iwas sagaran.

  • Not too clean.

  • Bandang makatotohanan.

  • Consideration of uniqueness.

Natatapon ang kwenta ng malusog na klase sa harap ng nakakatakam na basura.

For the other side of the coin, having the word “healthy” in the label doesn’t automatically mean its actual meaning.

Pagpwesta natin sa gitna ng pagpipilian, dumagdag ang linaw sa kung ano ang katanggap-tanggap na makakain.

You don’t need to disregard your cravings to stick to proper nutrition.

Sa katunayan, parte ‘yan ng malusog na pagkain.

As the recurring theme of my work, the same applies to diet: it is a lifestyle.

Sa lahat ng mga rekados, doon ka sa kaya mong panindigan habang nabubuhay.
