Kahit hindi mo timbangan, iba talaga ang hatak ng bigat ng damdamin.


Every time we are in a passive state, it spirals into the level of sadness we ordinarily experience.


Tuloy-tuloy lang sa pagkabig ng mga bagay hanggang mapiga ang lahat at mapansing may kulang.


For some reason, being in action or deliberately creating something provides the fulfillment of having meaning (whatever that might be).


Makukuha natin ang rason nito galing sa ebolusyon nating gumawa ng kahit ano para mabuhay.


In this day and age, moving, popularly known as Exercise, is one of the activities you spend energy to be energetic in the long run.

Hirap Kumilos

Umaraw man sa labas, makalulimlim o madilim pa rin ang tanaw ng sumisikip mong isipan kapag napatambay ka sa oras ng kalungkutan.


This clouds your judgment on what is possible until you reach or are near depression (again, not the self-diagnostic one).


Pinapabilis nito ang taning ng buhay mo at malilibing sa pagkatanda kalaunan.


You may say gloom and doom, but it misses the chance to have the potential one can attain.


Tipid ka marahil sa ibang bagay pero nawawaldas mo naman sa walang kwenta ang oras at pagod mo.


A classic occurrence of creating a problem from nothing.


Hanggang sa gusto mo itong panatilihin kasi ito na ang normal para sa’yo.

Creating Resistance

You’re now in fighting mode when the chance to remove your sorrowful handicaps arises.


Akala mo ay babaliwalain lang ng posibleng solusyon ang tunay mong nararamdaman kahit sinasaktan ka na nito.


Well, you’re in denial of the actual problem you are experiencing, so you create a sweet fantasy away from bitter reality.


Daig pa ang adik sa pagkalulong sa pag-asang walang magpapabuti ng kalagayan mo hanggang sa mayroong dumating.


The coping mechanism you built at this point becomes too familiar, where you want to sustain its rhythm at a level of just enough to breathe.


Sa huli mong pagpalag, ang kaya mo na lamang ibuwelta ay hindi naiintindihan ng iba ang nararamdaman mo.


You’re now the main character, even though you don’t comprehend the feeling being expressed.

Mismong Tinamaan

Nakaraan, nagkaroon ako ng bakanteng araw ng pahinga.


Even though it’s considered a rest day, I planned to use it as a creation day to produce work under my name.


Kaso hindi nasunod ang plano.


The whole day was spent on reading comics rather than writing my piece.


Walang nangyari sa planong makagawa.


The day after felt like I wasted an opportunity for growth.


Naiintindihan ko naman ang panahon para magpahinga, pero hindi sinasadya (o talagang sinadya ko) na maaksaya ang oras sa ibang bagay.


Guilt naturally arose, and I went to the gym to lift weights.


Buhat kasalanan talaga!

Walking Into

What’s the point of all of these?


Simple lang naman.


With the given challenge, we aim to have an active mind to tackle different micro concerns daily.


Makuha ‘yong pakiramdam (hindi para maging madamdamin) ng pagiging kalmada at posibo.


You are removing yourself from the chain reaction of loneliness derived from doing nothing.


Magawang makabalik sa pinakamabalis na paraan para masamantala ang limitadong oras na mayroon ka.


Production of results that push you to progress in life with a body that fully supports it.


Ito ang pwestong ganado ka dahil alam mong masarap mabuhay.

Makaraos Rin

To hit the spot where it matters, people tend to like to be reminded more than learn new things.


Isa ito sa pasok sa katagang ‘yon.


Reposition yourself to create more useful stuff to make your living timeline more enjoyable.


Nasa pagkilos rin makikita ang walang hintong pagpansin sa positibong resulta sa paligid mo.


There is also a lesser factor for a quick life expiration as the variables are diminishing.


Dahil sa ganitong galawan mo (pag-eehersisyo), may kasunod laging resulta.


That is your improvement of outlook in life, and importantly for many, improvement of your physical look.


Wala e, nagiging malakas ka sa paglipas ng panahon habang naiiwan ang kahinaan ng nakaraan.

Channeling Disposition

Yes, we know, perfection is the enemy of progress.


Kahit alam natin ito, hindi natin mapigilan ang ibang sitwasyon na maging adhikain ito.


That’s why we sway, leading to our tendency to stop and be in a stagnation phase momentarily.


Para makaalis tayo sa malabagyong sitwasyon, may aktibo tayong galawan na pwedeng piliin.


I call this Temperament Shift.

1. Stop Anything

Ito ang bwelo papunta sa aksyon.


The flow of your negative state will not stop until you stop it yourself.


Tigilan mo lahat.


Stop scrolling on your phone, listening to audio, watching videos, anything.


Pwede kang literal na huminto.


30 to 300 seconds of nothingness can do.


Titigilan nito ang rumaragasang pagkalito mo.


This neutralizes your “go with the flow” behavior, and watch the noise in your mind.

2. Lessen Thought

Ito ang obserbasyon na makukuha mo sa paghinto:


Too much thought is the reason of your down feeling from the first place.


Bawasan mo o patayin mo na pansamantala.


Shift your attention to the transition of doing movement.


Pwede kang magalit sa punto na ito, katanggap-tanggap ‘yan dahil resulta lang naman ito ng hindi mo magawa ang gustong gawin.


Either a 5-second mind countdown or aggressively phasing to action, both will do their job.

3. Go Move

Wala nang dagdag orasyon, diretso na sa kilos.


Do push-ups, squats, walk, or anything - choose the action you want to do.


Ang puntirya natin dito ay malipat ang negatibo mong nararamdaman papunta sa ibang porma.


The suppression of emotion that other people advocate is not the way to go.


Binabaliwala nito ang pangunahing prinsipyo sa pisika:

Energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be transformed from one form to another.

"

Kaysa naman ipunin sa loob mo lang ‘yan hanggang sa bumigay ka, sunugin mo sa ibang pamamaraan na may dagdag balik pa sa’yo.


No better option for this than Exercise.

4. Follow Momentum

Nasimulan mo na ang sistema, sundan mo lang ng sundan.


Repeat the cycle or increase the intensity:

  • Galing sa lakad papuntang takbo
  • Additional repetition to your routine

Nakakatawa sa iba pero totoo.


You can use your negative thoughts as inspiration to do more in your exercise, like lifting more weights.


May kakilala akong tao na napapatakbo talaga kapag tinamaan ng kunsumisyon - pwede mo ring gawin ‘yon.


Or, maybe you’re taking it more calmly, no problem, taking a longer walk is a choice.

5. Reap Realization

Mapagtatanto-tanto mo na ang mga bagay-bagay ay resulta ng umaayos mong pakiramdam.


The best part is a clear mind due to the sudden activation of good chemicals in your body.


Walang masama o mabuting pakiramdam, ulitin ko lang, mga paghuhusga lang ‘yan ng mga tao.


That will depend on the result of that particular emotion in your body.


These are just hints to remind our minds to transition to another state.


Magkakatalo na lang talaga sa kung ano ang alam mo.


That is your wisdom - awareness of the long-term consequences of your actions.

Loob Palabas

Hindi mo kayang masolusyunan ang mga problema sa paligid mo kung sarili mo mismo ay hindi pa maayos.


Doing so will create complicated situations, piling up rather than removing the root cause.


Mga desisyon ay nasasala sa lente ng kalagayan ng isipan natin sa oras na ‘yon.


Disregarding the noises it produces can take away complete control of life.


Kung hindi mo kayang alisin ang pagkabuhol, putulin mo na lang.


Attention is the ultimate currency of our society.


Siguraduhing magagamit mo ‘yan sa makakatulong talaga sa’yo.

‘Wag mong asahan ang ibang resulta kung parehas lang naman ang mga ginagawa mo.


We can’t do everything in life, it's crucial to distill down those parts you want to say yes to and no to.


Sa panahon ngayon, mas marami na tayong impormasyon kaso hindi ganoon karami ang maalam.


It’s not about how many you know, but more about choosing what to know that is helpful to you now and in the long run.


Parehas lang ‘yan sa kalagayan mo.


Emotion can be part of the decision-making process, but don’t make it the decision-maker.
